It’s always a pleasure to take a look inside one of our Butchery units, all set up & ready to use :

This one is a 12mtr x 3.4mtr facility for a field-to-fork producer, expanding their business post-covid.

It has a main cutting & packing area – to one end there is a holding chiller & shelving for packaged goods, at the other there’s a finished goods freezer. It also has a rail system running throughout.

Looks great doesn’t it!
