This is a 12.5mtr x 3.6mtr Venison processing unit – it comprises an initial processing area, butchery & packing room, holding chiller to one end & a finished goods chiller to the other.

It has a rail system running throughout & specifically a bespoke section externally & under a canopy, to allow the stalkers to deliver a large volume of carcasses at one time whilst still maintaining  high food hygiene standards.

You will be able to see that the Larder has dual access to allow carcasses to be moved into the processing & inspection area on the rail & separately a personnel entrance / finished goods dispatch.

It is a good example of how our modular format can provide a bespoke solution for a specific customer requirement.
