As part of the evolution of our business it is vital we listen to & learn from our customers. With many Estates being in very rural locations, often at the end of narrow lanes, we were noticing an increased demand for a compact size Larder.
Our in-house Design team set about creating just the thing – & so the Highland deer larder range came to fruition!
This new design comes in at just 4.5mtr x 2.4mtr yet it still incorporates :
- Prep room, with equipment & handwash sinks, bib tap & hose reel ( & still enough room to fit an optional stainless steel table ).
- Chiller, which has a capacity of 6-10 beasts ( depending on their size ).
- Stainless steel Tonon rail system & electric hoist
- Electrics
- Plumbing
- Optional drainage
- Plenty of wall space for hanging your cupboards, equipment, knife rack, etc.
It is establishing itself as a popular design & certainly makes accessing those remote Estates easier than with our larger more commercial larders!
