This Larder was installed by Fisher UK for an estate in the Highlands beginning their own Venison Production enterprise.
The 8mtr x 3mtr Larder comprises :

* Chiller
* Cutting & Packing room
A Tonon rail system runs through to the chiller, electrics & plumbing are all tested & commissioned in our factory. This Unit is dual entrance for efficient carcass handling, correct product flow & staff access. It also has a vision panel in the Cutting room for a light, pleasant working environment.
