Central to the effective processing & storage of Game is a well designed Larder – with this in mind we have designed our most compact Larder to date.
The Hunter Larder is 2mtr x 2mtr, plus a 1mtr canopy, it comprises chiller with a capacity of up to 10 Fallow deer, Tonon rail system, hoist, lighting & the option to add external facilities including sink & hose.
With a wealth of experience within the Game Industry, both personally & professionally, we have also quietly launched Fisher Wild Game from our very own Hunter Larder!
It is fully operational & has received approval & a 5* food hygiene rating from our Local Authority. It will also be registered as a collection centre for fellow stalkers in the area.
